6-Week Grant Cohort

This cohort was developed to provide the same support we provide our contract clients at an affordable price point. You will receive 1:1 support in your private Slack channel, LIVE weekly trainings and Q+A, access to a general Slack channel where FAQ’s and unique challenges are addressed for the community. You will learn our grant funding model, development planning process with a special emphasis on grants in the Spring Cohort to feed our Summer-Fall Appeal Planning Cohort work (for those who join us again), and what Grant Ready really means. In 6-weeks you will leave with:

A clear understanding of your funding needs and asks.
A process to streamline your drafting and submission processes which will save time and reduce stress.
You will know who are your best matches, she, and show to draft a compelling ask.
You can choose to learn more or get additional support with us or take this learning and run with it!
Depending on where you start in this process you may leave with submitted or awarded grants!

It all begins with our funding model. You will learn what it is and how you can use it to streamline your development plan, save time, and reduce stress.

The two main tools we use to determine your needs, create your budget (ask), and speed-up up your drafting and submission process for grants and donor asks and community outreach.

A deep dive into logic models, you’ll learn why they are are the foundation to an accurate and compelling ask for granters and donors.
✓

Grant Strategy in here two sections we will cover grant readiness, grant research, grant proposal development and submission, and cultivation.

Throughout you will have 1:1 support in you private Slack channel, FAQ’s and challenges will be covered in the group Slack channel and on our weekly LIVE Q+A, weekly LIVE trainings and how-tos will happen on Wednesdays.
